JLM Consulting is a highly experienced operational consulting and management group specialising in supporting foreign SMEs, SMIs and ETIs wishing to position themselves, reposition themselves, establish themselves and/or develop in West Africa, Central Africa and Southern Africa, in the AfCFTA zone (African Continental Free Trade Area).
I speak directly to the management teams and key decision-makers of these companies — business leaders, members of executive committees, sales or business development managers, heads of international divisions, project managers, etc. — as well as to the international services and consulting teams that listen to them or support them.
Created and managed by Jean-Luc Mengome, who capitalizes on twenty years of human adventure, field experience in operational management and development of multi-technical services for subsidiaries of international groups in Africa, JLM Consulting provides its clients with solid expertise and an in-depth understanding of the challenges related to the establishment, management and development of activities in African countries, particularly in industrial sectors such as energy, extraction and other heavy industries.
