         Jean-Luc – My Journey: From Offshore Rigs to Strategic Business Consulting in Africa

My journey began over 20 years ago on offshore drilling rigs in West Africa and the North Sea. Immersed in high-stakes operations, I built resilience, precision, and adaptability—key qualities for navigating complex environments.

From there, I transitioned into leadership roles in the oilfield services industry, where I established and expanded subsidiaries of international groups across Africa. This experience gave me an in-depth understanding of Africa’s operational, cultural, and social dynamics, while honing my ability to thrive in demanding multicultural contexts.

For the past five years, I have been working alongside industrial companies, supporting them in their market entry, expansion, or repositioning across Africa. More than just a consultant, I act as a trusted partner and on-the-ground teammate, securing every step of my clients' projects to turn their ambitions into tangible success.
